I've actually listened to HAARP on my shortwave receiver. It's not really anything special. Just putting a high-powered radio frequency (RF) signal into the ionosphere to learn about it.

I guarantee you that if HAARP really was some top-secret project to control the weather, mind control, or whatever bullshit idea they like to come up with, you would have never heard about it, nor would there be an official HAARP website.
