Quote:We don't know what happened before the big bang.

Indeed. Nor do we even know there WAS a"'before".IE it's been argued that space and time came into existence with the Big Bang.

However, I don't know that for a fact.(shit,I don't even UNDERSTAND it!) That reflects my ignorance and the limits of my intellect,it does NOT mean "God did it"

The god of the gaps* is getting so fucking OLD!

*I'm too ignorant, lacking in imagination or stupid to think of anything else and too fearful or bloody minded to admit I don't know, therefore god did it.

Well there was time in a causal sense (ie chain of related events) but not as a dimension of time in our universe.

Also did you not get the memo that atheism is NOT a religion?

Where's Christianity's equivalent of Xenu?

I guess it' might be too much to ask for you to grasp the ridiculousness of this statement.

Well... if space and time came into existance with the Big Bang, then the big Bang makes 0 more sense than a god creating it. In fact, it makes less sense.

Original Existence can only be cyclic (And therefore 1=1 ratio is necessitated in the Original Existence)

How does it make less sense?

Because the Big Bang must be justified by complex mathematics and astronomical observation... whereas a god is a simple theory. The simpler: the easier it is to understand. Smile

Good-night theVOID, if I answer your latest concerns it will be later if ever.

My vote goes to Stephen Fry

When middle aged went into the wilderness (Beligium)
And in his later life (long may it continue) preached to the ignorant.

Wise words.
