NBS Investigators

Non-believers and skeptics have tolerated the more pejorative term that characterizes them as anti theists. Why not just change the term to NBS?
NBS Investigators might get a better chance to get their facts examined. There is a lot that can be revealed about the period between 100 BC and 100 AD in connection with current religions.

Who's "telling them you hate them" anyway? Personally, I can think of exactly three people I actually hate; to the best of my knowledge none of them post here (and in fact one of them I hope is dead). I find theists by turns funny, silly, bewildering, annoying, and peculiar - but hate them? Not unless they do something hateful in addition to their being a theist.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

My suggestion to use a name or rubric other than "Atheist" is motivated by the undeserved public relations problems that this label furthers. The image of a group that is, on the face of it, against something, is not helpful. This has made it easy for theists to characterize non-believers and even skeptics as disinterested in goodness. Under another name, charitable organizations could be incorporated and publicly accepted.

If I was into advertising 'god lite' would would seem more fitting to current market trends, but I'm to busy herding cats to worry about branding.

Herding cats? That sounds ominous.
What are you planning to do with them? Recreate the scent of Amy Winehouse?
