Firstly, welcome to the forums! Now, let me dismantle your position(s).
The Earth is 4.54 billion years old, but mankind has only been around in our current form (homo sapiens) for an estimated 200,000 years. I disagree that it is the most evil thing that mankind has embraced though; I mean, in the last century alone we have been through two World Wars (nether of which were based on any religious disagreement). One of those involved a very evil man who wasn't really basing his ideas on anything religious, but rather social and racial disagreements.
Moreover, despite the lack of wars due to atheism, there has been a heck of a lot of persecution due to atheism. The Soviet Union was full of it.
