I've CONSIDERED sending snail mail to Kate Mulgrew telling her to PLAY A FUCKING LESBIAN, DAMMIT. She doesn't have an email address for fans to send messages to.

Kate Mulgrew, by the way, was Captain Janeway in Star Trek: Voyager, the only female captain in the entire Star Trek franchise, and currently plays Red in Orange is the New Black. It really pisses me off that she plays one of the few straight characters in a show about a women's prison. If there's any show that would have her as a lesbian in it, this would be the one, but NOOOOOOOOO...

That reminds me, I'm a fan of the Janeway/7 of 9 pairing, though I haven't written any fanfic or made any fanvids of it.
