RE: Running
I'm in a bad way with my running.

It snowed so I couldn't run for a week.
Then it rained and I couldn't run for a week.
Then it was okay so I ran for a week.
Then it rained again so I couldn't run for a week.
Then I got sick so I couldn't run for a week.
I'm currently... okay... with the potential for getting sick again...

But to hell with it, I'm running.

I did four miles yesterday.

Also, both of my knees are kind of bothering me and my foot injury is rearing its ugly head. Undecided Not having a good training season thus far.

Get a treadmill. Its kinder to the knees and you can use it no matter whats going on outside. I have a small one and find it invaluable in England.

I hate treadmills. I hate running inside. The upside to this all is that (barring me getting sick again) the weather is turning and I should be able to go running more consistently.

I need to bring the Bible back into work, though. I had it at work and was making myself read it over my lunch breaks in December, but I found instead that it was a great incentive to get my runs in. Devil

Same here. I prefer jogging outside, where my attention is able to process more than a small, unchanging view.

I am currently in the slow process of building my endurance again. Endurance before speed, that is how I prefer to handle it. Then, I will be able to jog ten miles a day as I used to do.

Treadmlll running is actually not good for runners. Occasional use, yes. Not as a routine. Road running is a far better option.

RE: Running
I'm too self conscious to run outside. Stupid overcrowded city... I keep meaning to go running late at night or early in the morning when there won't be so many people about... But I'm always too tired then. Boo.
