How about making it so that a person must make their first post in the Introductions area before they can go around and operate anyplace else? That doesn't sound too odious, unless you're a really principled lurker.

We're probably going to delete any more threads this asshole creates so he doesn't even get the satisfaction of interacting with anybody. I'm not opposed to the first idea in the OP but it would be a pain in the arse for the mods.
