The butthurt is strong with this one. All you're really doing is moaning because esquilax seems to post everywhere and often can and will counter what you are saying. This is not a trait that is unique but he does it best. His speed at replying to a post is rather fast....so what? He sure as hell isn't omniscient or omnipresent so....

Well I came back and to my surprise I wasn't banned, so I read through many of the comments to see where things stood.
First and foremost I owe an apology to Esquilax for my attitude and some of what I said to him, with all sincerity I do apologize to you Esquilax for my attitude and the irresponsibility that goes with it. However I do not apologize for most of the things I said, such as you are responsible for screwing up many of the discussions on this forum, you are always searching for the worse thing you can find to start arguments instead of furthering the conversation. You act as if this forum is your personal baby, it's not that credit goes to others, you act as if you are the police, prosecutor and judge. You stated that you were trying to stop me from starting an argument with CD, I wasn't and had no intention of doing so, I was merely curious about his Christian life and what happened, if you had cared to read the posts with an opened mind and honesty instead of with your closed mind and despite for me you would have seen that. You would also have seen I said that I believe Christians can give up their Christianity, I actually gave reason for that but, as usual you did not consider that. You also know I believe in complete free will in a decision for or against God, that in itself should have been enough to know that I believe Christians can fall away. CD wasn't making a great big deal out of the situation and if you had let things alone we may have had a good discussion. I have good discussions with atheist here, they never turn into name calling or a blame game, they are open and honest despite what you think. You let your personal feelings about me influence what you see in my writings. Then you interject them into a perfectly good discussion and bam! the whole thing gets thrown out of kilter. It's not the place of a moderator to intercede into a conversation because he/she thinks it might get out of hand, only after it does and I rarely let a conversation get that bad. I have looked for flaws in conversations for ammo just like others do, but I do not set up anyone to get ammo for hurting or running someone down, that's the fastest way I know of losing the confidence of others to engage in conversation, wouldn't you agree. I could go on about other things but I think you get the jest of my thoughts. There are others here who are worse and they need to learn they are not kings either and they also spoil conversation by their incessant aggression without contributing anything to the discussion other than using foul language, not adult language as you and others like to call it, towards others. If you wish to us that type of language do not point it at others, you'll find people will respond better toward you. That and other things are used to inflame Christians, and you know we were invited to be here, we did not come barging in. I never came here with the intention of converting anyone, though after I was here for a while I did realize others were being touched. I have asked God to forgive me because I hurt what He has built first and foremost and I know He's forgiven me. I ask for your forgiveness if you see fit to give it, if you do not I understand. I will most likely not be back here unless God instructs differently, and you may think I've hit and run with this little post, you have my e-mail address you can use it to say whatever you want and relay what others think, I do not open mail when I don't know who it from so if you decide to send me an answer please make sure you identify yourself so I know to open the mail, good luck in your life and may your relationship with other be much better than ours. You've been here long enough to know what the rules are and whether you broke them. You know we don't simply ban people on a whim. I don't get why this should be a surprise to you.

“Sorry“ means it won't happen again. There can be only one conclusion for apolosing for pissing on the carpet and then going on to piss on it again; and it ain't a very flattering one.

I must have missed the actual exchange - was Esq posting in his official capacity as a Moderator or as an ordinary member? Because if the former, he is empowered to throw down a speedbump as he deems fit to keep a thread from flaming; and if the latter, he has the same posting rights as anyone else.
