Oh, but I fucking hate that! I spent the most impressionable part of my childhood (linguistically) in the south and slip back into that accent after a very short time being around it. Ugh! I can turn it on and off for comic effect though, so there is that.

No. Mad doesn't do it but really, really tired (21-hour non stop road-trip) can. Mostly it's just being around it and hearing it. In an hour I'm right back to it and it takes days to get rid of it again.

And, I have never been able to completely shed the use "y'all" and "all y'all."

I hate speeling errors on menus.
The chef goes to all the trouble of researching recipes, sourcing the products and costing, just to have someone fuck it all up with a spelling mistake.
My new menu at work had advocado on it. I caught it before it was printed.
The old one had choclate. It also had Salmon En Papillote.
I asked where the paper was and they said,' What paper?'.
