I predict Germany will win it all.
So...is it finally over?
Can the American media go back to telling us which celebrity is blowing whom and stop pretending that Americans give a fuck about soccer. (July 13, 2014 at 5:39 pm)Fidel_Castronaut Wrote: Watching the Argentinians cry just makes me so happy. It was a deserved title
Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you

More teams are being added for professional football than are being added in the NFL. NFL has lost almost 20 teams since professional football took off in America (the 1990s).

I predict in another 4 years, just like the Olympics, some other sucker of a global city will waste money building crap when it could be used to improve real issues like poverty and pollution.

Hopefully Russia doesn't do so in the cities where chemical waste has reduced the life expectancy to the mid 40s. NFL teams defunct starting in the early 1990s. These were the teams the NFL used to expand into new venues, but failed at gaining interest. The latter teams ended up draining the NFL of 30 million every year.
