Hello and welcome to the forums!
I can actually relate since I too was a former Catholic back when I was around the age of 14 then I came to conclusion that the stuff I'm being told was a bunch of BS. To this day I'm still the only member in my family that is an atheist, don't have much atheist friends either.

My sister and father are closet "agnostics" (which, whatever that term is worth, sounds less hostile to some people) but still go to church for my mom's sake.
