The writers are mentioned. I am not aware of any mystery writers you speak of.

Nah, you're not going to wriggle out of this one. Where, in the gospels, did the authors ever give an account of meeting Jesus Christ? Dodgy

Matthew records his meeting and John his where the names are mentioned.

Mark never said he met Jesus and Luke never said he met Jesus, but it is not a stretch to place Mark as one of the 500 and the person running in the street naked when Jesus was captured.

You mean the Genesis 1.1 where night and day are around before the sun? I'm not likely to believe any of the twaddle in that particular book.

Genesis 2.7 states; Then the Lord God formed a man from the dust of the ground

So you've started cherrypicking bible quotes now? You've already got circular reasoning and special pleading, when do I get to shout bingo?

Dust of the ground is fairly obviously not dust of the stars.

Night and day are not around before the sun. Rather in the restoration the sun and moon can't be seen yet because of the haze.

Chapter and verse, if you please.

Have you actually read the passage? It explicitly says that night and day were created on the first day, and the sun and stars were created on the fourth day. No mention of any haze, and it does not say the sun appeared from behind a cloud - just "let there be lights in the sky".

You don't actually know, do you?

That's because none of the gospel authors met Jesus. They were all working off second hand testimony from supposed eye witnesses years after the event. So to call that "eye witness testimony" is to severely overstate the hearsay case you're attempting to build.

Cop out.

Read your own bible before coming onto a site where people seemingly know it a lot better than you do.

Matthew was one of the 12 Apostles and so was John. It's alright that Mark was a close worker withy Peter and Paul and that Luke worked closely with Paul.

What better evidence could ask for?
