Polycythemia Vera and excercise

So there is a chance i have Polycythemia Vera, basis is simply i have alot of red blood cells, and white blood cells (none immune related WBC) and high iron. I am wondering if anyone else has this or might know how thick blood effects exercise. Because any form of exertion causes intense nausea long before my body feels tired.

Until you see the doc Google is your friend:

Shortness of breath and fatigue are on the symptoms list. http://familydoctor.org/familydoctor/en/...ptoms.html But they're listed as advanced symptoms.

No biggie.

Consider donating blood or plasma. Phlebotomy is one of the treatments used.
