My apologies for not introducing myself before responding to Ian Hulett's thread. He is my son and I am his mother. I have created accounts before with websites my son belonged to because individuals would attack my son. I create an account to use on occasion to defend him. However, my son is quite capable of defending himself. As for myself, I am not paranoid. Although I am entitled. You read that correctly. I am entitled. I am entitled as Ian's mother to love him; to care about him; care for him; and to defend him as I see fit. (much to his chagrin)
However, I will not be on here to challenge anyone on what they choose to believe or not to believe as I respect that people are happy and at peace with the choices they have made and that makes me happy. I like being happy and in essence it allows happiness to rule.
In closing, my apologies to the individual who found my "motherbear" to be "a bit much". All I can say is, I am an over protective mother and I will stop when I'm dead. Thank you for reading my introduction. I grant you all a very happy day.

That's a different motivation from what we usually get, but it's an understandable one. Thanks for introducing yourself, and I hope you get sometihing out of the experience.

Around here (Portugal), the term we use is more akin to mother-hen.
Ian says he's 20, so maybe it's time to let wander free a bit.
Let him meet girls 
But do stick around the forum. We can always use a normal christian... as opposed to the loonies we keep getting! No harm intended, Drich and Professor and Heywood and ChadWooters (I think I misspelled this one) and whoever I forgot...
