Nope. What do you call the fancy but out of place little house, screened porch, or tower in an estate garden? And more importantly, what would you call it, if it belonged to the dog?

Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.
Science is not a subject, but a method.

I learned a new word today. I had no idea folly had a second definition.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

That would make it an impossible puzzle.
What do you call a dog going full out? The answer reads this way _____ going ____. The blanks are a stinky pinky.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.

What do you call a purse dog who's a little bit of an outcast?

It's a legitimate answer, just not the one I was looking for. Hint: each blank is two words long.

Unless you want a real dog rather than just a metaphorical one. In which case I'd go with:
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.

Nope. You're on the right track with the second one, though.

Nope. Allow me to rephrase the clue:
A dog that fits into a purse and is a bit of a social outcast would be a:
