If you think about it and i have been on bases and have gotten my card renewed in Florida i can personally say.... the level of tanks in this state is too damn high.
Also the fact being that military its taking off equipment off of the APC's and giving military hardware to law enforcement is a bad thing more or less that should be given over to the state not local law enforcement. Because cops can be assholes and why give assholes something be a bigger asshole with.

I know dem feels. My country's military is currently building not one, but two Queen Elizabeth-Class aircraft carriers, at the cost of £6.2 billion. That's like, a trillion dollars or something.
Meanwhile our national debt trundles heartily along at £1.5 trillion and rising, the number of people living in relative poverty is in the ballpark of 13 million, and almost a million people have to rely on foodbanks to survive day to day. But hey, gotta make sure we can murderkillfuckerate those conniving brown people halfway across the world with brutal efficiency, right?
