I'm not a doctor, but I am always looking to make a buck, if whatever the welt is, if it could plausibly be surgically or cosmetically nudged into looking like a second nipple on the same boob, there would be some commercial opportunities brewing there that might be EXTREMELY lucrative.

Do see a doctor. A best she may fix it. Next best she may assure you they aren't dangerous. If they are dangerous, they'll be less so the sooner you see a doctor. I bet your campus has a health office. Go visit.
