Calling it a "tantrum" is like me calling a woman "hysterical" when she gets angry at some misogynistic thing that was said. It's wrong.
It has nothing to do with whether or not I'm attractive to you. Frankly, I give a shit if anyone does.
It's the fact that you felt the need to chime in on the photo to insult the fact that I had been incarcerated. Obviously it didn't matter what I looked like, as you said that you didn't look at the photo. (See? I can read!)
You put my name at the top, refer to what I said, and then try to claim after the fact "no no, I was talking to someone else".
Yes, I am infuriated. I am as infuriated as you would be if I referred to something beyond your own control in a derogatory way, without having a reason to chime in except to take a potshot at you for something you can't control.
This has nothing to do with attractiveness, and everything to do with your decision to enter a bigoted statement about me (and everyone else who has been incarcerated, for whatever reason).

I replied: Can I refuse? Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.

Yes, she said she's blind so she didn't look at the photo. That's my point. It's not about whether or not someone finds me attractive, and to claim that I'm just upset about that makes it a red herring.

Well, as a blind woman, she could have picked up on the nuance of the way you post, and figured from that that you are unattractive in a way other than physically.
