Yes, I really am a surgeon. Where are you? My private clinic. Yes, it does look like a basement, doesn't it.
I know, my gear is a little out of date, but hospital authorities monitor equipment usage.

As someone that's had 40+ surgeries, that's legit creepy to me. Yeesh....
