Why the denial of Paganism?

RE: Why the denial of Paganism?
I didn't read his post. But I enjoy reading your replies to him!
Is it accurate to say that his intellect is rivaled only by garden tools.

You know that disgusting greenish-black fungus you sometimes find under rocks?

More likely the foul things that the fungus might get.

His drivel really wasn't worth the waste of time replying to. I just needed an excuse to use my new word.

JBK, you still haven't answered why you knowingly practice paganism if you believe it to be devil worship?

Christianity in its entirety has been pieced together from past beliefs which are pagan by definition. Heck Yahweh himself was a lesser god in a pagan pantheon. So going by your definition Christianity IS devil worship.

Ohhhh, the poor thing is lost you guys.. Don't be mean to it!

Listen. I too once believed as you did. It's a load of bullshit and if you actually take your "god censor" off of your google searches (ie: searching anything with the words "Christian stance"), you'll see what it is that I talk about. You're living in a box! A very lie-filled, box filled chalk-full of ignorance and misonformation, with the box being your jail because if you break out of it you are threatened eternal damnation. Break free! You have the key! Look at the world objectively (seeking truth no matter the outcome of the conclusion)! Be Reasonable. How about you start...with the origins of your religion and bible, since you obviously have no idea where it originates, how, and why.

Also do you seriously believe that atheists are mindless? We encompass the very top percentile of the educated population all around the world! You, on the other hand, as a theist are in the same class as the most ignorant (and common) part of human society. Including, but not limited to:
These Guys

Stop worrying about pagans--be worried about crazy people! There's crazy people everywhere, no matter their beliefs.

If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!

Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.

Dead wrong.  The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.

Quote:Some people deserve hell.

I say again:  No exceptions.  Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it.  As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.
