When we are talking about Muslims we are talking about grown men who have chosen to follow a certain set of ideas. That particular set of ideas and their reputation as a source of violence in today's world is what scares me. Fuck them and fuck their backwards ideas. If they want acceptance from me, they should have better ideas. You would think the same about Nazis.
Greetings bigot. My name is turtle. I am anti-Nazi and your ridiculous leaps in logic and persistent false dichotomies would annoy me if they didn't amuse me so much.

Being anti-nazi is kind of being anti-bigot....
EP, I am good friends with a Muslim and he is nothing like a Nazi. He's a doctor and a super nice person who will do anything to help another person. He doesn't believe killing people is good, and completely disagrees with everything Isis does.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

One of the most intelligent, decent men I've ever encountered is a Muslim doctor who helped to train me. Things like this are the reason I don't like to generalize. Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni: "You did WHAT? With WHO? WHERE???"
It's why despite being against religion, I'm not against religious people.
