I work for a fortune 500 company that manufacturers the vast majority of products  in China that American families buy. In fact they are now talking about creating robots and automation to cut costs further, and eliminate more Chinese labor, because it's getting too expensive. How can we compare with countries that have less human rights, and less environmental regulations, which keep labor costs at the bare minimum.

There is no reason Americans couldn't do a job that illegal immigrants can't do. All we need to do is get rid of the cheap illegal labor, which will force businesses to pay a livable wage, which will increase the spending ability of American workers, which will keep businesses in business, and employing people, and start the move upward. Problem is the elite would prefer to keep people poor, and instead of paying the citizens, move jobs offshore, or bring workers in. The same thing is happen in IT. WIPRO is one of the largest offshore India firms providing IT to major businesses, and not only do they do that, but they fire Americans and bring in people on work visas to work temporarily in country.

The general public is in a trance state, and starting to wake up.

I'm certainly not well off, and work full time to survive, and never been on welfare, although I think it's nice it exists for me or others that need a lift. You mention human dignity in the same sentence that you say workers could or would work, yet you have no problem with illegal immigrants working those jobs at low wages that citizens apparently refuse to work! Why not demand they get paid more, or do you appreciate the low prices businesses can offer you based on low cost of wages? 

Trump is not establishment, and is actually anti establishment. Problem with you is you don't know what the establishment is, or what they represent. They represent TPP, NAFTA, and all the poor trade agreements that have led to a huge trade deficit, and huge national debt along with more and more people on welfare and food stamps which are really just a way to appease the poor to keep them from revolting. The establishment is wealthier and more connected than Trump. He's not one of them, which is why everyone in the establishment media and politics hate him.

Get it through your head:  The President isn't elected by popular vote.  He's elected by the electoral votes from each State.  Consequently all votes are not equal.  For instance, a guy could get every single vote in the Red States and still lose the election if the other guy carries the Blue States by just a few votes.   

So suppose one guy got 70 million votes and the other one only got 40 million.  If the guy who got the 40 million got them in the right Blue States he would win because they have more electoral votes.  

Now in the coming election some of the Northern Blue States will turn red because of economic issues.  They have enough electoral votes to give Trump the victory.

Right now, based on voter turnout, Trump should win Florida, Ohio, Michigan, Maine, Nevada, Virginia, and Ohio.  Those States have 92 votes and added to the Red States that Romney won Trump will end up with a minimum of 298 electoral votes and become the President.

He is going to have his ass handed to him in the general. NEITHER party, in history wins when the party nominee is  the product of a fractured party. We'll see how the next primaries shake out.  If he continues to do well I'll double down and continue to say that he will win in November.  I know for a fact that I will not vote for Hillary.  That's not to say that I will vote for Trump but you can bet about 65 million people will vote for him.

A paradigm shift basically is that you suddenly realize what you thought to be true, is not, based on new understanding, which doesn't fit your past understanding. No we don't get rid of immigrant labor. That is nuts. Do you know what would happen if if all that labor left? It would hurt our economy. You don't make people leave, you simply allow those here out of the shadows and force the business to pay EVERYONE a livable wage. There would also be more income tax paid. Right now all they pay is tax on what they buy. And that too would be lost by shipping people out.
