Yet....you keep arguing.

It does not matter if they used force, candy bars, or a joyride in a 450 SL. She's 6 years under the Age of Consent even in that fucked up state.

End of story.

I take it you ask every person you have sex with what age they are? 0.o

Mood killer Tiger

It does matter how old someone looks, it matters how fat someone looks, it matters what color your food and drink are colored. Appearance is tied strongly with how much we want something.

End of story.

Consent between those engaging in sex means it is not rape.

Belief of age is the best a person could be reasonably expected to pay attention to. Sex is often a spontaneous event that is unplanned and is not necessarily expected. To suggest that people find all manners of legal documentation regarding the age, medical records, and what have you before they have sex is rather ridiculous.

If this girl *was* whoring herself out (I don't see the full information on the case), and convinced all of these men that she was of the correct age... then she has essentially conned each of these men. When it comes to gang rape, that is rape and should be punished. But individually and with her consent? The men would then be but the victims of a conwoman.

Is it so awful to argue that we have more information before passing judgment of the law upon these men (or this lass)?

@Sae: It most definetly matters what age they are. The authorities look very harshly on under age sex. And yes, if I am unsure, I will ask to make sure. Usually though you can tell a girls age by her look, the way she talks, acts or types. I don't even get to interact with young girls anyway, only on forums!!!

And, for me, it does matter how 'fat' they are as well. But that is another topic.

You think you've experienced it all, don't you? Sleepy Certainty makes fools of us all.

It matters to the authorities? Yes. But thieves also matter to the authorities, as does false advertising. If indeed this lass was falsely advertising her services, do you really think that the government should punish the sods who fell for it? Yes, let us have all of those fools who fall victim to every sort of scam punished even more! ^_^ That'll show 'em! Tiny Tiger

Effective laws are not simple blanket statements of "this was done, now we do this". There are such things as mitigating circumstances. Given that we know only half of this case (if that), i should think it more than a little premature to declare judgment given how little data we have access to.

Thats what I am saying. It is easy to say ' she told me she was 19'. Really, come off it. I say, you can tell, and if you can't is it worth the risk. Why would you take the risk? Some men like to do things that they shouldn't though.

You are comparing apples with oranges and it makes no sense.

I think you may have forgotten. You've posted your picture here (and it can be seen elsewhere on a site not safe to mention here), unless you have an identical twin in Alaska.

We already said that. Nobody disagrees.

No it ain't. Did you read any further? My arguement is if she presented herself as 17 and was a willing participant it is not "Rape" in the commonly understood sense. Not Forced and should not be punished nor treated as a forced rape.

And the point of my arguement is judgement, and the labeling of these 'kids' as RAPISTS! should be withheld until the full story is known.

Innocent until proven guilty is the way it works here. The nature of the accused crime does not indicate any guilt.

Ahhh bullshit. You should be working in a carnival guessing peoples ages. You'd make a killing.
In that 2nd picture I posted that 11 year old girl could EASILY pass for 18-19.

No. That is what these "Hang-'em-high" folks here are doing. Rape is an orange, falling victim to a hornswoggling into commiting a crime is an apple.

RE: Blaming the victim.
If your point Dotard, is that he genuinely believed she was 17 and she told him as much and consented then I don't think he should be punished, period - That circumstance would not in any way be his fault.

The thing about apples and oranges is that they are both fruit. I don't disagree that the intelligent/safe thing to do is to never trust a whore and to be equipped with as much relevant information as one can come by before they do something. But a fair number of people are trusting individuals quite willing to do things spontaneously, and I really do think it's often a low blow to further punish the scammed.

I am on the verge of being 18 years young, and this scares me. I don't want to deal with the hassle of paying taxes. I hate hassles. I think I will have someone else do it for me, then it won't be such a hassle.

Is site unsafe possibly facebook? The one other picture I am aware I have on the internet that isn't here or there is actually a good one of my silhouette (of sorts).

I'll be much cuter in 2 years, and I will be an explosion of cutely goodness by the time I'm 25 ^_^ Everyone who actually believes me remotely hansom or pretty at this time should find a fire to die in. Any of my statements suggesting I am cute, pretty, or otherwise <insert positive thing here> are made in false narcissism/silliness. Except my being an awesome healer, because I am that ^_^
