I work the overnight shift, there aren't that many people here. The rest of the people who are here are watching Netflix. One of the benefits of working overnight, no one gives a fuuuuuuuck.

My old job was like feast or famine tbh. There'd either be shit to do, or everything would come at once overwhelming. Glad I'm done there.

I just finished a Open Lab for C++ that was a fucking headache. It was supposed to be an expansion of the last lab, and the prof was like "it should take 5 mins."

Bullshit. Took me 3 hours. Had to create an Uber like tracking program for 5 cars. Works like a charm, but it was a nightmare getting it there. I would have done better to start from scratch instead of modifying the program that tracked only one car.

Glad that shit's done.

The only reason I'm doing it is because it fits my school schedule. Otherwise I'd hate it. But I don't have any kids, and my ex-girlfriend and I are taking a break, so I can get a good amount of sleep most days. (Except Tuesdays and Thursdays when I only get 5 hours.)

What are you doing now? I'm assuming the old job was the one you told us about right after uni.

Been awake for just under two days. Feel surprisingly good. Probably don't look it. Been without sleep for longer periods of time in the past though. Guess my body is somewhat used to it.
