Found a skillet that fits my requirements. I was looking for a deep, nonstick 10" skillet. This is a 4-quart hard-anodized saute pan. It's 10.5" across and about 3" deep. It's made by the same company that makes my 4-quart stainless steel saute pan, which is one of my favorite pans. It's about $15 more than I wanted to spend, but no sense in getting the wrong pan just to save a few dollars. This should work quite nicely.

Just got back from getting what seems like my 50th COVID vaccination. But while at the store I did get a roast and picked up a quite heavy cherry cheesecake. It's sorta, kinda our anniversary (we were married on Leap Day so this is as good as it gets).

Pulling out my old temperature-controlled hot water kettle. I ordered a cheap French press and some cold-brew coffee. I'll pick that up tomorrow.
