Are you a disciple?

RE: Are you a disciple?
I am only Devil's disciple.  Diablo
But seriously I do admire Dawkins because he did help a lot of people get away from crutches of religion and that he spent a lot of energy and time arguing with those religious idiots on TV and other media, uncovering how stupid and wrong these people are under their religious costumes and make-up, which is very stressful thing. So to no wonder one of the biggest assholes ever, pope Benedict 16th, attacked Richard Dawkins and evolution by saying: “There is, moreover, science fiction in a big way just even within the theory of evolution. The Selfish Gene by Richard Dawkins is a classic example of science fiction.
And then as stupid Benedict is he called upon Jacques Monod whose debunked claims of God's involvement in evolution further dragging Catholics to ignorance and obedience to the fucking Church.

I mean when you see assholes like Benedict 16th you see that world really needs teachers like Dawkins, Sagan which to some people may seem smug, but it's because they don't try to look "cute" like let's say pope Francis - who is a total asshole and yet people don't see him like that because he dresses up in cute white dresses and trying to look like and sound as a baby.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

So we can add Pope Ratzi to the list of intellectually lazy people who didn't bother reading past the title.
The fool hath said in his heart, There is a God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

I think it's actually Dawkin's fault though. If you don't accurately provide all the information you want to express in the title of the book, you're not much of an author Tongue

Authors often tend to try that, and publishers tend to have a good laugh and call it whatever sounds sexy Tongue

To be safe, I'll just have the whole book in a tiny font as the title, and no pages inside.

Or a bigger font on a huge book.

You might have a point there, I've heard the next Sam Harris book is called "Stranglewanking".

For instance, Darwin's title page says "On the Origin of Species: By Means of Natural Selection or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life"

Tells you all you need to know, really.

Oh this sounds smart. For this reason I will make the first book I write called "Give Me Ideas For A better Title Than This One In My Second Book Please Because This First Title Is Only Really Effective For Telling You To Give Me Ideas For My Second Book Title"

After Queen released their albums A Day At The Races and A Night At The Opera, Groucho wrote to them thanking them for the honour of namedropping his classic movies, and inviting them to name their next one after his upcoming film Rolling Stones Greatest Hits.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'
