A lady in the church I grew up in refused to be treated for her health problems, opting for prayer instead. The problems turned out to be breast cancer, and within a year she died.
We weren't Christian Scientists, either. Just non-denom fundies.
Do what you have to do to get treated. If your parents aren't mature enough to look after your health, you're going to have to do it yourself.

If you don't see a physician I think you're making a mistake, particularly if the symptoms are cardiac related. If there is a chance that your symptoms are due to other causes you still should be checked out.
