Rockhold seemed to be going through the motions, didn't take Bisping too seriously. But when your style is risky like Rockhold's, and involves a lot of evasive body movement, you better be on your toes, else you'll get clipped. Same with Conor.

Rockhold said on Ariel's show that it's the first time he went into a fight with zero nerves. He felt Bisping had nothing to threaten him with, and so he was focused on getting close for a spectacular knockout. He wasn't as cautious and technical as he usually is. Sounds about right.
