We do many things without a minor's consent. I was given bowlcuts as a kid without my consent. I looked atrocious. But it wasn't my call.

It is an unrequired, quite major cosmetic procedure you are thinking of inflicting on a minor without its consent. Personally if I was a dude I'd want my parents to have opted for me to get it done while I was still little and too young to remember or understand what was going on. I imagine a circumcision must be quite traumatic for a grown man to get done.

Nope. I don't think any potential benefits justify it, especially as there are risks too. I wouldn't feel I had the right to make that decision for it.

I do hate kids though so I might still cut off its head.

I've seen/done circumcisions when I was in nursing school. It's not a "major surgery" at all lol.
