Wow, that's actually worse. I'd rather take my threescore-and-ten (not literally, necessarily) and then hand my seat over to the next generation. I'm not so selfish as to want more life than I'm budgeted.

And if our old friend Troy 'Mininal [sic] Facts' Brooks is anything to go by - amd please don't tell me he is, because I don't want to live in that reality - the New Earth is going to be Mars. Nope, not some terraformed colony; raw, oxided, CO2-breathing Mars.
