Guantanamo is already unconstitutional. Who cares if they start doing it to Americans too? If people aren't up in arms about it happening to foreigners, but they get a bug up their butt when they do it to Americans, then they're just hypocrites.

"I don't think it's tough enough," Trump says of waterboarding.
Perhaps he should be forced to undergo it? Make him confess to being Putin's stooge.
Lets not forget Mein Drumpf implied that we should mimic the barbarity of Saddam to combat terrorism. That is Drumpf's idea of not being like them is to be like them.

The Constitution doesn't apply to foreigners who aren't in America.

True that is the legal technicality, Thump. Doesn't change the fact that Chad is right.

It puts limits on what the American government is allowed to do, which includes non Americans. Not to mention it is against international law. What they're doing is wrong, no matter who they do it to.

Oh bullshit..... Hillary isn't perfect nobody is, but don't you dare equate her to that fucking demagogue asshole. And not even the two parties are the same, it is just that Dems have been held hostage by the GOP for 36 years and our voter apathy, especially in midterms has allowed that.
Dems are the progressives, we value the right things like worker's wages, women's rights, LGBT equality and an end to corporate welfare, and currently the GOP are against all those things. If you honestly think Hillary is horrible, even after Bernie said she'd still be 1,000 times better than Trump on her worst day, you have your head up your ass.
There is only 1 party to blame for our 36 year decline and the only thing OUR politicians can be accused of is being too compromising, but as voters we don't help by not getting involved. Our country is still better off now than it was when Bush left us a mess but even long before Hillary held any public office the blame that lead us to our exploding pay gap should be squarely put on Reagan and the GOP.
Blaming Hillary is bullshit and the same doomsday crap was said about Obama when he ran the first time. Cant blame the black guy now, so lets mask sexism as being an attack on policy.
Reagan committed a far worse crime with Iran/Contra, Bush caused far more damage with two failed wars and had far more outposts attacked in his 8 years. Hillary isn't the problem, the GOP is.

Yea well, it would be laughable if so many were not taking his scapegoating demagoguery seriously. Trump needs to loose, not just by a slim margin like McCain or Romney did to Obama, but needs to loose by a big enough margin to send a message that scapegoating fear peddling demagoguery have no place in western politics. Trump isn't just a threat to national security but global security as well. And it shows when you have GOP former agents to the tune of 50 signing a letter saying how dangerous he is, on top of many in that party now realizing the monster they created.

In some cases.

Of course torture is wrong, and so many other features of the Security State introduced here after 9/11.
