Well, I'm fine. I went to the bar feeling nornal and left feeling like shit after that little intervention sort of thing they did there. Dudes, that was bizarre.

Can I just say? Thank you, bar friends, for worrying about me, but things are officially awkward now. Plus I have a hangover.

I don't know. All over the place. I don't know what's going on with me. I have my initial interview for therapy this week, to find out what kind of help is best for me.

Anxiety is definitely playing a huge role as well as the depression.

Can I just say every time someone talks about it...it's sends me into a whirlwind of horrible and horrifying emotions. I can't think about it. It could be selfish possibly but my brain doesn't care and I'm just trying not to completely lose my mind right now. God damn it to hell. Why does the world have to suck so bad.

I know. I felt like I was falling in a dark pit of depression the first couple of hours after I found out. It was like the whole world just went dark for a moment. I can't explain it better than that.
