It is the premiere of the new season and a boy asks his girlfriend why she never goes down on him even though he constantly goes down on her.

She has done it before, but she says, "Your penis looks weird.  You have all this extra skin and it freaks me out."

At the end of the episode, after speaking with a doctor, the boy decides to reach into his rainy day funds to pay for the circumcision operation.

Thing is, cut, uncut, male or female.....your genitalia is easy the nastiest soup to be had.....and we seem to do aight.  It's almost as if it wouldn't work, if it couldn't overcome that ever-present obstacle.

I don't always shower right before sex (because sex is often a spur of the moment thing, and the whole ritualistic showering right before sex kind of ruins the mood), but I personally would never have sex without washing first, if it's been quite a while since I last cleaned my genitals. I'm self-conscious like that.

I don't know what the typical uncut man does, because it's not like I am qualified to speak for them, which is why I did the eyeroll. But hygiene is not a good argument in favor of circumcision because, really, if one's genitals is so nasty that it needs a good wash before anything else, then cut/uncut the answer is to just give it a wash before having sex, especially if there's going to be oral sex involved.

I think most people shower in the morning and have sex in the evening/night. Which is why I said I can see why it's more likely for women to get UTI's when having sex with an uncut vs a cut. Of course, if they washed themselves shortly before sex, it would prevent that, but I doubt most men go into the bathroom real quick to "freshen up" before sex.

LOL, good god.  Someone decides to do that shit to themselves just to get some nutjob girl to go down on them?  That;s pretty much the definition of a bad decision.

Nor does the female in question.  It's a wash, pardon the pun.  In any case, washing is what I was taught to do, I'll teach it to my sons. That's just penis operation 101. I wonder whether cut families of cut males are as conscientious? See, you have a narrative of dirty dong all over the place, but for me...I have a narrative of females constantly wondering if I just pissed myself, because I disappear to the bathroom for all of 3 seconds and come out with my pants sopping wet. In fact, I look like I pissed myself -everytime I come out of the bathroom having had pissed....because I wash.....my dick. It's a regular source of embarrassment and uneasy conversations, lol. Probably, because cut guys, and gals too...-don't wash their shit like I wash mine-?

Women aren't the only people who assume risk when uglies are bumped, you realize?  That said....your preference for cut this or that's, for whatever reason, aren't something that I'd give you any shit for.  You need to step out of "what -might- be done to me" mode..and step into "what has -been done- to the infant male" mode, though. Unless you think that your possibility of getting a uti from a dirty penis is a good reason - to slice part of an infants very clean penis off.

I view infant circumcision as much needed as infant vaccinations. Therefore, those against infant circumcision are being as ridiculous as those against vaccinations.

To be clear, I'm not saying I would make my husband go wash himself before we had sex if he was uncut (he is cut).

I'm just saying I can see how it would make sense that I might get more UTI's because of it. So far I have never had one.

I'll have to disagree with you here.

I'm all for vaccination, but I'm not going to demonize parents who have weighed the pros and cons and truly think it is best for their child not to vaccinate. Same with circumcision. The witch hunt against parents who make different decisions than yourself is what's ridiculous.

Maybe it's because they're clean enough down there, so they don't have to. But if it's really dirty it needs a wash, then I would hope that they would give it a wash first before having their partner go down on them or whatever. Nothing you're arguing about is really in favor of circumcision anyway, but just alerts to the importance of maintaining good hygiene.

And by the way, it's not like cut penises are not probably going to get rather dirty after just 12 hours of not being washed. Cut penises get sweaty as well.

-and so far...I've never given one.  Again, an uncut unit and a dirty unit are not the same thing. There's some transference of distaste, going on here, between the two, lol. A dirty unit, cut or uncut, is more likely to give you an sti. Is an uncut unit more likely to be dirty? No. You're talking about a specific persons hygiene habits. If a person -has- bad habits, then having foreskin won't help that. But lacking foreskin won't either. Dirty dong, is dirty. As you can tell, as a habitual washer, most of yall cuts and females seem to trend on the dirty side -to me-....but I don't worry about it much. I don't send girls off to the shower, or anything like that, either...though I do appreciate it, being more accutely aware of it than the gp..by all accounts.

As I said. There are pros and cons to both cutting and not cutting. When a parent is faced with that decision, I just hope they will do what they think is best for their son and not get demonized for it by other people. Whatever that decision might be.
