RE: RE: The positive case for voting Donald Trump for president.
Positive case for voting Donald Trump? A challenge but I think I can do it.

Altruism.

To the rest of the world.

It will be the funniest three months in history.

You will reverse a global brain drain as skilled immigrants go back home and help develop their own countries at the expense of the US economy.

The US dollar will no longer be the global reserve currency and other countries will flock to using the Euro which give the European Union more power and influence to propagate decent social standards globally.

No longer being the global reserve currency means that the US can no longer export their inflation, they will find it harder to fund their huge military presence around the world and exert undue influence on global politics.

This in turn will reduce global terrorism.

Global leaders will treat Trump like a child and win the best trade deals for themselves, the very best trade deals, all the bigly trade deals, by flattering his ego and manipulating him.

Fuck. I think I'm now a Trump supporter.

At least Trump would actually support the "special relationship", Hillary would further divide our countries and follow the tactic of Obama IMO.

He's on record saying that our American alliances need to be "reviewed".

I think to be fair that was more about looking at military spend in NATO, where effectively only the US and he UK (I think a couple of other smaller states too) spend the minimum % of GDP required by NATO membership (if I recall at least).

Take her with you, then. Maybe she could put her experience to work in your country and pass the unaffordable healthcare act there where the monthly rates are as high as your house payments.

I was appalled at Bill Clinton's behavior as our president.  I am reminded daily they Mrs Clinton believes laws and rules do not apply to her.  She obviously sold America out to line her pockets with cash through the Clinton foundation.  That alone is a huge conflict of interest.

I do not like the direction the county is going and can only envision it heading further down this road if she is elected.

Trump may very well be the last chance this nation has to elect a non politician to the office of President.  I cannot say a lot of positive things for him, he is immature and insulting at times.  However I do believe he surrounds himself with top talent and will listen to and follow their council.

You have DAUGHTERS, Pete.  You honestly think he cares a twat about them other than getting AT their twats in 10 or so years? (and, before you get offended by my language, remember your candidate has said much, much worse about women)

Ugh...I will never understand how people can rationalize his disgusting behavior.  ESPECIALLY the women and the fathers who support him.  I guess when you've spent your whole life rationalizing the bible, it's not that hard...

Dodgy

Bill Clinton is a rapist and his wife was complicit in his behavior and a habitual liar. Yes I have daughters. I would sooner lock them in a private room with Trump than either Clinton.

I've stayed there was little to like about both candidates. But it's a choice between stupid and criminal. Trump is ignorant and immature, Clinton is a criminal.

How do you suppose his wife was complicit in his behavior?

And, you think that hypothetically speaking, being complicit in a rape or sexual assault is actually WORSE than physically committing the crime yourself? Interesting. What does the law say about that?

You do realize that saying, "the opposing candidate's husband is just as awful to women as the candidate that I support," is highly illogical, yes?

Also, I notice you're willing to brand B. Clinton as a rapist despite the fact that he was never formally charged, but you are okay to overlook the rape allegation against Trump that is currently under investigation. (The alleged rape of a child, btw). So, Bill is a rapist but Trump is not? How does logic get you to that conclusion, considering neither have been convicted of a crime?

The fact that you would leave your daughters alone in a room with D. Trump chills me to my very core.

You've always been determined to dislike me whilst being thunderously obnoxious and you ironically give this very arrogant air whilst calling me a pseudo intellectual and a know it all.  Very ironic because that's what you are. I laugh at you not just for your poor logic and misinformed opinions (which you highly overestimate) but also because you're a cunt who's always been determined to dislike me ever since I returned to AF here, even when we always used to get on years ago, for no apparent reason at all other than the fact you're a cunt and an asshole and a pisstaker. I don't normally laugh at people for being cunts and asshole's but you're pretty much making it your life mission and seem to have this inexplicable vendetta against me that you never used to have when I was here years back.

It's no coincidence to me that one of the only people who doesn't seem to recognize my goodness and value as a person here on AF happens to be one of the most arrogant and opinionated twats on the forums.

You've obviously been bottling that up for a while, let it all out.

I think you massively over-estimate how much I give a shit about you to be honest. There is no vendetta, I feel it's quite the opposite. Whenever I post you seem to have an opinion of your own to throw back at me, often without anything other than ad-homs or laughs like you did earlier in the thread.

The only person being an arse in this thread is you to be fair. I never insulted you once here yet you come out with this tirade of shit against me. We obviously have different world views but you seem to be the only guy with a problem about it.

As for me being a cunt, a pisstaker, an asshole. Are you quite finished? Are are you not done undermining your own argument with your hypocrisy?

This is the kind of butthurt I love to be honest, you know why? Because people like yourself just cannot stand a differing opinion. This forum never used to be such a circle jerk, but it seems you only ever post to join in on it.

And likewise you're a hypocrite because you'll go on about these allegations against Trump as though they're anything substantial, when the ones against B Clinton are far more worrying.

You're just ignoring the massive differences between the two sets of allegations IMHO.

You're just flat out missing the point. Whether Trump actually is the elite or not is irrelevent. In the eyes of most American voters he does not represent them. He represents the millions who feel as though they haven't had a voice for decades.

The parallels between this and Brexit are the same. There is an entire class of people who feel let down by 'the establishment', and whether it's self destructive or not they're going to vote for what will be the biggest possible FUCK YOU to that such establishment.

Like I said, the problem is the progressive left just flat out ignores this, and it's exactly why they'll be sitting there with egg on their face when Trump wins.
