So, I went on to watch more videos on how to do astral projection, and the best tip I got was to imagine a rope above you and use it to go up.


Didn't take the tip too seriously, until hours ago I reached a certain state in bed, it felt like sleep paralysis, so I tried it and it worked, I felt a really strong vibration like my body is shaking just like the guy in the video said, it felt so cool, I got out of bed, and I was kinda flying but then I walked, I think that's cuz i feel more used to do so, I went through the door, and went straight to my mom's room, again going through walls, I expected her to be sleeping(cuz she was actually sleeping at that time), but she was sitting on a chair reading, the neon light was on, she looked younger and she was wearing pajamas that she no longer wears anymore, maybe I was entering a different time zone, not sure tho.

I went out of the apartment, saw a man in his 50's, looked at me, he didn't say a word, ignored him, cuz i was too excited, walked in the street, saw a car, went through it, kept walking, saw a couple of guys, liked one of them, touched his butt, saw a girl, made her touch my dick, then I started running, and running, hoping to reach new places and then I made a huge mistake which is think of my physical-body-me the one sleeping in bed, I heard that if you did that you go back to your body, and it did exactly that, I woke up instantly.

Didn't feel like a lucid dream, cuz if it's a lucid dream, it wouldn't start and end like that, and i'll have things happen in the way that I want them to happen.

I must confess, I am impressed!

Does the fact that time travelling is an impossibility give you any hints about your adventures legitimacy?

I didn't exactly time travel, but It might have been random incidents from different time zones that would lead nowhere.
Incase you're talking about a paradox, you can not affect anyone in your spiritual state.

I have also experienced random incidents from different times zones, but mine always have involved an airplane of some sort.
