Sugar Ray. Objectively, they're definitely not the best band, and certainly not the best Summer Band (Beach Boys, of course), I don't think there's a single band that typifies Summer for me better than them. And here's their most obviously Summer-themed video:






Normally, I don't listen to them until Memorial Day, but given that it broke 86 degrees in my hometown earlier today, it's close enough.
