Hehehe, was trying to be as general as possible, I'm always fishing for people who have strong opinions on ag and food production. It's a lonely subset of interests.

Although I don't oppose organic production I don't buy it myself and I'm of the opinion that organic certification revolves more around luddism than science. Ideally I'd like to see more hydroponic food production than conventional or organic. I think we have a Skeptic, but I think is is either misspelled or coupled with something else. I don't think you can register under an already used name. I'll have to check on that. Welcome fellow bread, fruit, and vegetable eater
I eat marginal meats and dairies. Fats not so much either. Sugar I'm fairly big on, though I am soon to get off of it. Salt needs to be present plenty often, but I don't mind not having it all the time. Please give me a home where cloud buffalo roam
