I've written up the same post 3 different ways today (twice here and once in WEUTdeveedition) and didn't post any of 'em.

Damn Jeff, sorry for what you went thru. I respect and admire what you did to pull through afterwards. A lot. I'd give you a hug, or anything else for that matter, but dammit, you died nearly 20 years ago. Happily ever after wasn't an option, regardless, after that bad day so long ago, but a long dull life wouldn't have been so bad.

I'm old enough now to really 'grok' you and your experience. I don't know if you received much closure in '94, I'm thinking not. And maybe some survivors guilt haunted you too. BTDT. More to talk about if you wanted to.

I've only put one other like you on my 'list' I've kept all these years, but you rate, definitely, and it's not an honorable mention . . .
