That was an EXTREMELY dangerous way of transporting something so fucking lethal. A train wreck (not unheard of) or even a mishap getting on/off the train and the suitcase might have popped open and then there would be a toxic mass poisoning disaster the likes of which I don't know that we've seen yet.
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
I wonder if Homeland Security is pondering the import of that lethality coupled with a drone and a country music concert or pro sporting event ?? Hell, don't even need a drone and stadium, a leaf blower and an auditorium would do.
Might be a change to be ahead of the bad guys at least once in my lifetime. Conversely, an ALCM/SLCM with a fent dispenser might be a poor man's version of a neutron weapon . . . Interesting way of cleaning out Raqqa with out destroying the infrastructure. I'm appalled this is occurring to me and terrified it hasn't occurred to the folks in charge of protecting the country. I'll bet it has occurred to them, but drug dealers don't advertise their shipments with HAZMAT manifests. It is a pretty scary deal, in any event. Caught by something as simple as no tag.

So was it for distribution, or for a terrorist attack? They have any ideas about that? It sounds like this, released in a subway air duct or something, could have wiped out pretty big numbers of people.

Another encouraging sign on fighting opiate abuse is the withdrawal of Representative Marino from consideration for drug czar.
