On average, yes.

But certainly between no name white middle class, and working white poor, it would be even more pronounced if black or brown middle class or poor.

It still remains on economics and justice on average, minorities are hurt worse over pay and justice.

She like Stone are white, have money and power and can make bail. But minorities, even accused of shoplifting, or pot possession are far more likely to be treated more severely than a white person charged with a similar crime.

Same thing here with Aborigines.

Indigenous people make up 3% of our population, but 28% of our prison population. And no, I do not accept the argument that as a group they are more criminally inclined. I think it is far more likely that some of our police are knuckle dragging racist pricks.

Do you think the cops would have shot and killed Halle Berry if she was charged with the same crime, under the same circumstances as Lori Loughlin?  (Remember - YOU'RE the one who said 'She didn't end up dead interacting with the police')
