Hi. I just decided to see if there was any atheist forums and I found one. I turned Agnostic about 1 or 2 years ago but I might convert to Atheism sometime soon. I used to be a Christian, but I was not a church goer and I really didn't read the bible too much. I probably only got to page 60 something and I just thought "Yea I don't think i'm going to remember all this..." But even while I was a Christian I did question it at times, so I began to watch Atheist videos and that's when I woke up, I thought deep about not just Christianity, but religion in general.
I might not be as active on here as I am on another forum not related to atheism but I will to try and maybe pop in every now and then.
So yea, I guess I'll see everyone in the threads.

Personally, raised catholic in a catholic family. Abandoned it around the same time as Santa. So you are not alone. Many of us here became athiest at different times in our lives. One does not "convert" to atheism. It isn't a belief system. It is a privative. An absence of belief in any god/s. Same way that cold is not a thing in itself, it is an absence of heat. Or not stamp collecting is an absence of a hobby. If one doesn't have that attribute, then it is absent.
In any event, welcome. Participate at a level that is good for you. Nobody is going to complain if you have a post per hour/day/week/month/year/decade. That is entirely up to you.

OK, Likely I and others have seen them before. But bear in mind that they were largely irrelevant for me and most her. Everyone has their own journey to make. I was really asking what was your particular journey. Whenever you have time to answer is fine. It is often a difficult question to formulate a coherent answer to.. Or not at all, if you want. It is not a required entrance exam. I merely wondered about your personal trajectory.
