teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Very similar to the name of my favorite character on "Norsemen" on Netflix. Played by Silje Torp, she's a real badass, and I find her to be hotter than hell. Norsemen is actually a comedy, that drops modern references in the supposed ancient dialog. You *really* need to listen carefully to get half the jokes.

Oh...and the necklace? Those are the severed penises of the men she raped while pillaging their villages. Her primary motivation for going on raids is for the raping part of the "raping and pillaging" racket.
Disappointing theists since 1968!
