Are you using an inverted circular saw?
Gawd’s nad, NO. We’re upgrading a Cheapo Deluxe portable - new table, base, trunions, etc. The bit mentioned above is the rip fence (the new top is wider than the original, so the crap fence it came with won’t fit).

Back when I was really low on cash flow, I did consider using a circular saw mounted to the bottom of a bench. But I was too poor to even do that. Probably just as well.

The Surdyk's fall liquor sale started yesterday. Pouring myself a glass of my new acquisition, a bottle of Bruichladdich Port Charlotte Islay Barley 2012. I was going to go with their standard Islay Barley or the Classic Laddie, but I've heard so many good things about the 2011 and 2012, that I had to taste it for myself. I'm glad I did. It's delish. A little uneven on the finish, but the nose and palate are glorious.

I got involved with a good book last night and was up a bit too late. I got up too early this morning. I'll go back to bed after I'm done here and get another 60 winks.

Taking a sick day. I felt real uncomfortable lying on my bed this morning. Hopefully, it's just from sleeping too long. I really don't want to have to return a 14" thick pile of memory foam.
Additionally, I received a notice from building management requesting records that I already provided them. I'm not fucking happy.
I haven't decided whether to donate plasma tonight or not. We'll see how I'm feeling later.

Just went through my wallet and discovered about sixty bucks in gift cards in there I had forgotten about. Nice.

I forgot. Because the third falls on a weekend, I got my social security two days early this month. What to do? What to do?

I’m going to guess - something that rhymes with ‘fliskey’.
