They are both. They're classified as oceanic dolphins, which are further classified as toothed whales.

It seems to me that we'd have to put a check mark in both circles of the poll.

Oceanic dolphins are Delphinidae. Orcas Are Delphinidae. Blue whales are Balenopteridae. Humpback whales are Balenopteridae.
All are Cetacea. 
Is this about that movie that had that expensive Michael Jackson song (which maybe even broke a record in the price for a movie) that mostly had Jackson singing nah-nah-nah?
Maybe it was because of the song that the movie was released in theatres because it was pretty much your average for TV children's movie.
