So, if a woman in booty shorts and tube top is sure to be raped in a Muslim country, that's not a problem inherent to male/female relations.  It's an Islamic rapist problem.  Again, how is this barbaric religion a good thing?

Of course it's a 100% on the attacker; but also when a female is "half naked" and producing sexual sounds in front of me; she is "inviting the male" for sexual activity, so it should be considered also.

He is trying to eat is cake while still having it. He says that its 100% on the attacker, while at the same time suggesting its the women who "make him do it".

Comparing women to cats making mating sounds, just because they dress in a certain way, that is disgusting beyond belief. The part where he suddenly (and without any other reason than to blame the soon-to-be victims by now comparing them to cats) injects "producing sexual sounds" into the discussion is when he dropped his pretense of not hating women, and showed his real ugly face.
