The title to this thread reminds of what it sounds like when an "H" John Deere tractor gets snapped into road gear. Smile
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

Selection bias and sample rate error. Nobody sane is going to claim outcomes like this never happen. What we do argue is that this is NOT the majority outcome as far as firearms being in the home.

Firearms are far more likely to be handled and injure yourself or someone in your home. Firearms are more likely to be used for suicide than successfully defending your home. Firearms are far more likely to be used in domestic abuse.

And again, I never get a good answer as to how many firearms in the public's hands would suffice? 300million? Half a billion? 1 billion? 10 billion?

The delusion that this outcome is reality in most cases is dangerous, and it does not defend the rights of responsible firearm owners. The NRA and firearm industry have sold a fictional utopia and told people like you that any law that tries to reduce firearm violence and death is tyranny.

Anything over that is bonus.
