Drinking a high calorie drink. I just got the mix delivered yesterday. Good god, it's awful on so many levels. But I have to put some weight back on. My doctor is threatening to have me go through every test she can think of. I will have to consider this foul mixture as a gigantic dose of medicine. It better damn work.

Are you experiencing unexplained weight loss or just difficulty gaining weight?

Different health issues the last couple years started a cycle of weight loss and difficulty gaining it back.  I was back up to a decent weight but went back down again.  I had blood work done a couple weeks ago and everything was WNL.  A couple years ago I saw an oncologist and he cleared me.  The next thing will be a GI consult to see if the issue is malabsorption.  

I am 66 and weigh about what I did when I graduated from high school...which was two months before I was hospitalized for malnutrition.  I am starting over.  sigh

Drinking some earl grey tea. Too late for Kaffee or energy drink. But still doing writing and work tonight with my lady, so needed that soft caffeine boost to bring the focus to my mind.

Beef enchiladas. I wanted to try El Paso enchilada sauce, but I grabbed the wrong cans by mistake. This was good. I was afraid with all the stuff I added to the beef I might have erred, but it was fine.
