Roast chicken and broccoli stir-fry vegetable mix. It's not my usual store, but these rotisserie chickens are only $7 at the Midway Target. I think this could become a habit.

Corned beef and cabbage. It turned out well, but I couldn't seem to keep my pot at the right temperature. As a result it took six hours instead of three. Next time I'll use the oven instead of the stovetop.
