Fucking clothes dryer started making this god awful noise last night. Sounds like each load has a pair of shoes in it, I'm guessing bearing or roller. Calling the repair man first thing tomorrow but also checking the area for what's on sale. My wife will go ape shit with no laundry.

Debating which provider to watch the debates on this Thursday, and trying to get hold of county social services to correct the defects in my application for recertification of benefits.

Waiting, again, for an AC repairman. In April we spent over 20K on a new unit and new breaker box that was up to code. It failed the first city inspection.

So the company supposedly fixed the issue and the inspector was to come again last Friday. Thursday afternoon, I though the house was a little warm so I went to the thermostat to see what it was set on and it was completely blank. Husband called company and it was taking hours to get someone out here. He unplugged the thermostat and put it back in. We cancelled the service call and the inspector showed up the next day...not terribly happy with the fix of the original fail but passed it anyway. Woke up with the dogs barking early, early Sunday morning because the AC was making a weird noise. Took hours of calling to finally get someone here who said that the pump was bad and would have to be replaced.

This morning has been spent trying to get that sorted. Supposedly a tech is on the way to fix it. A couple people said we would be charged for an emergency call...yeah, I don't see that happening.

I thought I was pissed off yesterday....husband is glad he is at work today as I am absolutely livid today.

I hope they don't expect a nice review online 'cause that ain't happening.
