Why do we call it a "tuna fish" sandwich, but not a "turkey bird" sandwich?

Buldak and noodles. I used a different sauce than last time. This wasn't as hot, but it was still quite spicy.

Tuna fish salad sandwich. My portions didn't quite align. There was too much left for a half sandwich, but not enough for a whole sandwich.
